Economist Endorses Kerry

In a decision between the "incompetent" and the "incoherent," the editors of the Economist magazine have chosen incoherence.

In 2000, the magazine, with American circulation of 450,000, chose to endorse George W. Bush. The editors were also early supporters of the invasion of Iraq.

Unlike their American counterparts, they were quick to realize the debacle that was developing in Iraq and were openly self-critical before it became fashionable.

After four years of a Bush presidency the editors of the Economist magazine now declare:

With a heavy heart, we think American readers should vote for John Kerry on November 2nd
