sam on safari

I am going on vacation. As I write this post, the clock strikes 5 and I am leaving my last day at work before going on a two week vacation.

Why Sam, what does that mean for this blog?

Funny you should ask. I will be posting pictures of my journey to http://gallery.samfelder.com and compelling tales of my trip to this site.

When I return I will be restructuring this web site a little bit. I will break off my personal blog from the political / opinion material, add a section for music, a section for books, and redo the gallery. The bulk of this work is already complete so those changes will happen rapidly upon my return.

The important part is (and I will repeat this in case you miss it) that I would love to you have you join me in posting Almost Daily Observations. Yes, I would like to make this a group blog.

Please let me know if you are interested and see you when I return.

I am DEFINATELY interested in being a co-blogger; a group blog would be excellent!

Sam!- Have fun in Europe- say hi to Aude for me and give her a big greasy American hug.

As for the group blog- do you really have to ask? I'm just dying for the chance to inflict my views on a readership numbering almost one dozen. :)

I'm going to echo Christina - do you really have to ask? A group blog would be fun. I hope you're having fun in Europe! Say hi to Paris for me. :) I forgot to tell you this before... but you should definitely go to the Musee d'Orsay and also the Picasso Museum. And see the Eiffel Tower at night. And Sacre Coeur at night. And take the metro to the "Abbesses" stop and walk up the spiral staircase from the metro stop to the street and walk around the neighborhood, if you have time - that's the area where I stayed last summer. And remember that I'm very jealous.
